The Bombay Baking Company is located in the JW Marriot in Juhu, so I’ll just say, I won’t even begin to waste time bitching about the prices - expect everything in the hotel to cost the underwear on your a*s. Anand and I shared a veggie sandwich on freshly toasted focaccia and a cream of mushroom soup. The sandwich was great in it’s simplicity, although the foccacia was a bit over-toasted. The faint hint of cream in the cream of mushroom soup was what made it a complete winner - most cream-based soups that overdo the cream kill the flavor of the main ingredient. I would certainly recommend this place for a quiet cup of coffee, a light lunch, or a pastry, but only if you have money to burn.
