Pishu’s is a neighborhood gem. Located just behind our office is this dependably sparkling clean juice bar that serves up the most unique concoctions I’ve ever tasted. The other night, we felt compelled to try two juices each - I opted for the Ki-o-nr, a combination of kiwi, oranges and anar (pomegranate) and Peach Snap (a combination of peaches and musk melon, more widely known as cantaloupe). The juices were fresh, plentiful, and above all, they were not laced with the sweet syrup that most juice bars use to cater to the Indian taste buds. As a hangout, this place always seems to be frequented by a younger, hip, working professional and college crowd. All in all, this place is a total winner.
