after weeks of sleepless nights, we’ve finally uncaged the bird that was just too beautiful to hold back. she’s now live and can be experienced here. make sure you click through to your city portal. without further ado, here are the changes you can expect:
- search - besides being more kick ass from a speed and relevance standpoint, we’ve split the search box into the “what” and “where” format - should make it easier to find places now. don’t worry - both need not be filled out to extract search results.
- sort - users had been keeling over for this, so now, you can sort your search results by relevance, number of reviews, rating, and price (for all you cheap bastards)
- filter - another popular request, users wanted to filter out certain types of categories and/or business types. Now it’s as easy as 1-2-3
last but not least, keeping in mind the ageless wisdom of justin timberlake, we’ve brought sexy back. the spanking new design is an effort to continually make strides towards organizing our information in a cleaner manner.
we don’t expect everyone to agree with us – in fact, we love it when you don’t. please take a little time out of your day to play around, and never hesitate to make suggestions or send feedback. simply do so by posting a comment. Onwards and upwards…
P.S. - we’re aware of a few layout issues on Safari (for our Mac OS compadres). Hang tight - we’ll get it fixed very soon.

Funky and sexy!!! Was needed big time
Web 2.0 features are awesome and even though it runs on java, IS “cheetah” fast!(how do you do it). A google map integration would be awesome (since now maps for mumbai and other major cities have been released)…what say ?
