Mumbai wasn’t far behind Bangalore in celebrating the burrp! 1 year birthday. Yesterday, Sunday, September 2, 2007, Under the Banyan Tree, Peddar Rd saw a burst of green and blue and a chatter of foodies who came to join burrp’s celebrations from across the city. Over delicious watermelon and mint coolers, bruchettas, hummus and sandwiches, burrpers and blahgers shared laughs and experiences and bragged about who has the most number of reviews on burrp! anishtripathi aka Anish clearly led with 71 reviews. Spartymantz aka Aamer kept up to his impression of witty and charming. Pinxsehgal aka Priyanka came dressed in burrp! blue. 
Shakfoo aka Shakeel made it well in time in spite of the late night at Wink and Indigo. Lokesh made it all the way from Navi Mumbai after a bit of Mumbai darshan and brought with him some delicious cookies. Thanks for that, Lokesh. Purvi made it just in time for the delicious ‘b’ chocolate cake from Hangout. Khushnaz and teddiethebeddie Vishtasp, who were the first to arrive and the last to leave were amazing company. I hope to see them at all burrp gathering going forward.
Thank you burrpers and blahgers for waking up extra early on a Sunday to make it for the meet. All of us at burrp! really had a blast. Hope you did too.
