as you all know, burrp! recently launched a powerful tool for the business owner community, something we call small business solutions (sbs). besides providing businesses the capability to drive more traffic to their burrp! pages, increase visibility, make offers and announcements on the fly, and more, its most powerful aspect is its ability to allow a dialogue between the consumer and the business. we at burrp! call this the golden dialogue. how many times have you filled out a feedback form after dining out somewhere? i have, and i always do it, because deep down, i so strongly wish that it is reaching a sensible dude or lady who is going to take some action on my suggestions. i can proudly say that we’ve not only brought the golden dialogue online, but we’ve opened a one-to-one channel between you, the consumer, and the business owner. when the business owner responds, your mobile gets an sms ping; when you respond back, the business owner gets the same.

as time goes by, consumers will now be able to patronize businesses where they know the management really cares about consumer sentiment. and that’s our contribution to the sme ecosytstem in india. we know it can be better (and we welcome your feedback on what else we can do to strengthen this dialogue feedback@burrp.com), and we’re working on it. in the meantime, check out such a dialogue between mr. nitin suresh of level 4 in chennai and burrper s_hari_krish. we applaud you, mr. suresh. onwards and upwards…

One Response to “the golden dialogue”

Hi Deap

This is something really interesting that you have started, whereby the consumer gets to interact with the business owners directly and provide feedback. I have noticed that most of the time, we do fill up the feedback form, but then nothing arises out of it. Having your feedback responded to makes that difference. Keep it up mate.. You guys are really putting up a great website. I do have a few ideas on other areas that can be put up on Burrp, since Burrp has kind of deviated from it’s core business.

Oh BTW, I have applied for the post of Project Manager in your organization. I do hope you could let me know on where that stands. Either ways would really appreciate, if you could give me a feedback on the same.

Thanks
Kumar Raman
